MY WEDDING RAWS

Guest Upload Agreement

Please read before uploading your wedding memories.

By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following conditions.

1. Age Requirement

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. Only contributors aged 18 or older may upload content through My Wedding Raws.

2. Ownership and Permission

I confirm that I own the photos, videos and audio recordings I submit or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to upload and license them.

I grant My Wedding Raws a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to receive, reproduce, store, edit, adapt, incorporate, distribute, display and publish my submitted material as part of its wedding film production and promotional services.

3. Wedding Films and Marketing Permission

I understand and agree that my submitted footage may be incorporated into wedding films, highlights, teasers and social media edits.

I authorize My Wedding Raws to use and publish my submitted content, including as part of an entire completed wedding film, on its website, social media accounts, advertising channels and portfolio.

I understand that separate approval from me will not be required for each publication, subject to applicable law and any rights held by other individuals.

4. Prohibited Content

I agree not to upload content that:

• Depicts, promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Contains pornography, explicit sexual activity, intimate images or nudity.
• Contains abusive, threatening, discriminatory, hateful, harassing or deliberately humiliating material.
• Violates another person's copyright, privacy or other legal rights.
• Includes identity documents, passports, driver's licences, banking information, passwords, medical records, financial records, confidential messages or other sensitive private information.
• Contains malware, viruses or malicious files.
• Was obtained through unlawful recording, surveillance or distribution.

My Wedding Raws may reject, restrict, exclude or remove inappropriate material, subject to applicable legal obligations.

5. Cybersecurity and Upload Risks

I acknowledge that transferring and storing digital footage involves risks, including cyberattacks, hacking, unauthorized access, theft, data loss, disclosure and misuse.

I understand that My Wedding Raws uses third-party technology providers, including MASV and Frame.io, and that no digital system can be guaranteed completely secure.

I voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with uploading my content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Wedding Raws excludes liability for losses caused by independent third-party cybersecurity incidents or events outside its reasonable control.

This agreement does not exclude any liability, consumer rights or privacy obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Storage and Deletion

I understand that original guest-uploaded footage is retained for 30 calendar days following delivery of the completed wedding film to the paying client.

After this period, the original files may be permanently deleted from active storage without further notice.

Residual backup copies may remain temporarily under backup retention procedures, and files may be retained where legally required.

I am responsible for keeping my own original copies.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

I acknowledge that my submitted footage may contain identifiable people, voices, locations and other personal information.

I agree not to upload content that I know was obtained unlawfully or in violation of another person's rights.

I understand that uploading footage does not automatically provide permission on behalf of every person appearing in it.

My Wedding Raws handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8. Content Selection

I understand that submitting footage does not guarantee that it will appear in the finished wedding film.

My Wedding Raws may select, edit or exclude submitted material using its professional discretion, subject to the purchased services and applicable law.

9. Acceptance

By accepting these terms, I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old.
• I have the rights necessary to submit and license my content.
• I authorize the stated wedding film and promotional uses.
• I agree to the prohibited content rules.
• I understand the cybersecurity risks.
• I understand the 30-day original-footage retention policy.
• I have read and agree to this Guest Upload Agreement and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
