My Wedding Raws provides digital educational materials and third party video editing services.
We do not provide on site videography services.
All filming is performed by the client or their nominated participants.
1. Services
By purchasing this product, the client acknowledges that all filming is undertaken at their own discretion and risk.
Any technical advice provided, including but not limited to equipment use, filming techniques, lens protection removal, device settings or handling, is general guidance only.
My Wedding Raws accepts no responsibility for equipment damage, data loss, device malfunction, or filming errors resulting from the use of this advice.
2. Assumption of Risk
The client confirms that:
• They are responsible for capturing their own footage
• They understand filming outcomes depend on their execution
• They accept full responsibility for their equipment and data storage
• They will back up all footage before submission
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is solely responsible for ensuring they have consent from all individuals appearing in submitted footage.
My Wedding Raws acts as a third party editor only and is not responsible for privacy breaches, misuse of footage, or disputes arising from captured content.
4. Privacy & Data Responsibility
The client confirms they hold full rights and ownership of all submitted footage.
By submitting footage, the client grants My Wedding Raws a limited licence to edit the material for the agreed service.
We are not liable for any copyright infringement, ownership disputes, or third party claims related to submitted content.
5. Ownership & Licence
We do not edit or process:
• Illicit material
• Non consensual content
• Copyrighted content without permission
• Content that breaches applicable laws
Submission of such material constitutes a breach of contract and may result in service refusal without refund.
6. Prohibited Content
My Wedding Raws shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Due to the digital nature of this product and commencement of service upon purchase, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
10. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All training materials, videos, guides, templates and educational content provided by My Wedding Raws are the intellectual property of My Wedding Raws Pty Ltd and are protected under Australian and international copyright laws.
Upon purchase, the client is granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access and use the materials for their own wedding only.
The client may share access to the training materials with nominated friends, family members, or participants directly involved in filming their wedding.
Such access is strictly limited to assisting with filming for that specific wedding.
The materials may not be:
• Shared publicly or uploaded to social media platforms
• Reproduced, copied, or redistributed beyond the wedding participants
• Used for commercial videography services
• Sold, sublicensed or repackaged
• Used for training others outside of the client’s wedding
Unauthorised commercial use, redistribution or reproduction constitutes copyright infringement and may result in termination of access and legal action.
11. Client Responsibility, Assumption of Risk and Outcome Variability
My Wedding Raws provides general educational guidance and post production editing services only. We do not provide on site videography, event supervision, equipment supply, or real time support during the wedding event.
The client acknowledges that filming is undertaken entirely by the client and their nominated participants at their own discretion and risk.
The quality, completeness and artistic outcome of the final film depends entirely on factors outside the control of My Wedding Raws, including but not limited to:
• The skill, reliability and availability of nominated participants
• Camera handling, positioning and framing decisions
• Lighting conditions and environmental factors
• Audio capture quality
• Equipment performance and storage reliability
• Compliance with or deviation from the training materials
The client accepts full responsibility for selecting and managing any third parties involved in filming and acknowledges that My Wedding Raws does not guarantee the performance, attendance, reliability or competence of any nominated participant.
My Wedding Raws makes no guarantee that the final film will replicate example content, promotional materials, testimonials or sample videos. All example materials are illustrative only and outcomes will vary depending on event circumstances and execution.
The client acknowledges that:
• Missed moments cannot be recreated
• Poor quality or incomplete footage limits editing outcomes
• Deviation from the training materials may affect results
• Environmental or logistical challenges may impact filming
The client is solely responsible for obtaining venue permissions, participant consent, and compliance with privacy or recording laws applicable to their event.
Nothing in this clause excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
The purchase of My Wedding Raws includes post production editing of footage submitted by the client for one specified wedding event.
Editing services commence only after all required footage has been successfully received in full.
Scope of Editing
Editing includes:
• Review and selection of submitted footage
• Colour correction and basic audio balancing where reasonably possible
• Creative assembly of footage into a cohesive final film
• Inclusion of music selected by My Wedding Raws unless otherwise agreed
My Wedding Raws retains full creative discretion in the selection, sequencing, pacing, transitions, music pairing and overall stylistic approach of the final film.
We are not obligated to use all footage submitted.
Footage Limitations
The client acknowledges that editing outcomes are limited by the quality, completeness and technical condition of the footage provided.
My Wedding Raws is not responsible for:
• Poor audio quality
• Out of focus footage
• Camera shake or exposure issues
• Incomplete coverage
• Corrupted or missing files
• Vertical or mixed format footage
• Clips that are excessively short or unusable
Editing cannot materially improve severely compromised footage.
Revisions
The client is entitled to one round of minor revision requests within 7 days of delivery.
Minor revisions may include:
• Small clip swaps
• Minor trimming adjustments
• Reasonable pacing refinements
Major structural changes, full re-edits, additional music swaps or significant alterations may incur additional fees at the discretion of My Wedding Raws.
If no revision request is received within 7 days, the film will be deemed accepted and complete.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and begin once all footage has been received in usable format.
My Wedding Raws is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete file submission, transfer issues, corrupted files or additional revision requests.
Completion
Once the final version has been delivered and any included revisions completed, the editing service is considered fulfilled.
Raw project files are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing in this clause excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
