Third-Party Footage Permission Form

This form is optional. It is for professional content creators, videographers, photographers and other people or businesses who own the rights to wedding footage that a My Wedding Raws client would like us to use in their wedding film.

1. Who This Form Is For

Use this form if both of these are true:

• You own the copyright in photos, videos or audio recordings from a wedding ("the Footage"), or you are authorised to give permission for the person or business that does.
• A couple who has booked My Wedding Raws (the "Client") would like us to use the Footage in their wedding film.

If you are a wedding guest uploading your own footage through the Client's upload link, you do not need this form. The Guest Upload Agreement covers you.

The Client does not have to use this form, and you do not have to sign it.

2. Your Details and the Footage

Please tell us:

• Your full name, and your business name if you have one.
• Your email address (and your phone number if you wish).
• Your website or social media handle (optional).
• The Client's names and the wedding date.
• The My Wedding Raws booking reference, if you have it. It is the order number in the Client's confirmation email.
• A short description of the Footage, for example ceremony video, drone clips or photos.

3. Ownership and Permission

I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old.
• I own the copyright in the Footage, or I am authorised to give this permission for the person or business that does.
• I have the permission and authority I need from everyone who helped create the Footage (for example second shooters, editors and assistants), including to give the consents in section 6, or I have told My Wedding Raws which parts I cannot cover.
• I have told My Wedding Raws if the Footage includes music or other material that I do not own or have the right to license.
• Nothing in my agreement with the Client, or with anyone else, stops me from giving this permission.
• To the best of my knowledge, using the Footage as set out in this form will not break anyone else's rights.

4. Permission for the Client's Wedding Film

I give My Wedding Raws Pty Ltd (ACN 692 700 048) ("My Wedding Raws") a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the duration of the applicable rights, to receive, reproduce, store, edit, adapt and incorporate the Footage into the wedding film or films it makes for the Client.

My Wedding Raws may deliver the finished films to the Client, who may keep them and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

"Royalty-free" means My Wedding Raws does not pay me for this permission.

5. Permission for My Wedding Raws Promotion

I choose one of the following:

Yes. I also give My Wedding Raws the same licence, and the right to distribute, display and publish the Footage, for its business promotion. This includes use as part of the finished wedding film, highlights, teasers, excerpts and social media edits, on its website, social media accounts, advertising channels and portfolio. I understand that separate approval from me will not be required for each publication.

No. I do not give permission for promotion. My Wedding Raws will use the Footage only in the Client's wedding film and will not use it in any promotional material. I understand this may mean My Wedding Raws cannot use the finished film, or parts of it, for promotion.

6. Editing and Credit

I understand that My Wedding Raws may trim, cut, re-order, re-frame, speed up or slow down, colour grade, add music, titles and graphics to, and remove or replace the audio of, the Footage, and combine it with other footage. I also understand that not every clip will be used, and that clips may not be shown in full.

I give my written consent to these changes to the Footage described in this form, including under the moral rights provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

For credit, I choose one of the following:

Please credit me. Credit me or my business as: [name or handle]. My Wedding Raws will include this credit in the finished wedding film and in promotional material where practical, for example in a caption, description or end credits. I consent to the credit being left out where it is not practical, such as in a very short social media clip.

No credit needed. I consent to My Wedding Raws not crediting me in the wedding film or in any promotional material.

7. What I Keep, and Changing My Mind

I keep ownership of the Footage. This form does not transfer ownership, and I can still use the Footage myself and license it to others.

My Wedding Raws does not have to use the Footage, and may leave it out of a film using its professional judgment.

If I want My Wedding Raws to stop using the Footage in future promotional material, I can email support@myweddingraws.com. My Wedding Raws will act on reasonable requests within a reasonable time for material it controls. This does not affect finished films already delivered to the Client.

8. Storage, Deletion and Privacy

The storage, security and deletion terms of the Guest Upload Agreement (www.myweddingraws.com/guest-upload-agreement) apply to the Footage as if I had uploaded it myself. In particular, My Wedding Raws keeps original files for 30 calendar days after the finished film is delivered to the Client and may then delete them. I am responsible for keeping my own original copies.

My Wedding Raws will use the personal information on this form to manage this permission and to contact me about it, in line with its Privacy Policy (www.myweddingraws.com/privacy-policy).

This form does not give permission on behalf of the people who appear in the Footage.

9. General

My Wedding Raws is not a party to any agreement between me and the Client. This form only sets out the permission I give My Wedding Raws.

This form is governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.

10. Acceptance

By submitting this form, I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old.
• I own the Footage described above, or I am authorised to give permission for it.
• I give the permissions and consents I have chosen above.
• I understand that My Wedding Raws may edit the Footage as described.
• I have read and agree to this Third-Party Footage Permission Form (version 1) and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
